Participants can earn tiered bonuses and special recognition, like becoming a “Bridge Builder”, for helping grow the WeCare family.

Red Badge Program

The Red Badge Program at WeCare is designed to welcome and support new employees during their first 90 days on the job. By wearing a red badge holder, new team members are easily recognized, allowing staff and residents to greet and assist them as they adjust. The program fosters a positive, inclusive environment that helps employees feel valued, supported, and confident in their decision to join the WeCare family.

Same Day Pay

We understand that your well-being goes beyond healthcare, which is why we proudly introduce Keeper, our Same Day Pay partner. Clock out and get paid immediately with just a few clicks in the Keeper app. Any unclaimed earnings will be seamlessly deposited into your bank account on scheduled paydays.
