Nursing Care

We’re excited to welcome you to our beautiful nursing home communities! We’ve meticulously crafted a quality experience to aid you or your loved one on a journey toward optimal health. In addition to standard care delivery, we offer an advanced wound care program and rehabilitative service.

Short-Term Rehab

Our carefully selected team of professionals is ready 24 hours-a-day to provide our residents with the skilled services they may need. We are dedicated to ensuring that the needs of our residents, as well as their family members, are being met.

Outpatient Therapy

Life is full of obstacles. Some you can plan for, some you cannot. Our Outpatient Program can assist in getting over the obstacles you don’t plan for. We provide a personalized approach in restoring loss of function and pain reduction as a result of any injury, surgery, open wound or a general deterioration of normal activities.

Adult Day Center

Adult Day Health Services provide social and recreational activities, health maintenance, medication administration, and wellness promotion to adults with physical and mental impairments in a pleasant, safe environment, all while focusing on providing Patient-Centered Care.

Respite Care

Respite care provides short-term stays in our skilled nursing facilities, offering family caregivers time to rest, travel, or recharge. At WeCare, your loved one is welcomed into a comfortable, caring, and secure environment — whether they stay for a few days or a few weeks.

Personal Care Homes & Independent Living
